Hello, and welcome to Lean On Us Coaching.

My name is Carrie Igondjo, and for more than 25 years, I have dedicated my career to supporting children, families, and educators. Throughout my journey in education, I have served in a variety of roles, including Preschool Teacher, General Education Teacher, Special Education Teacher, Inclusion Specialist, Program Specialist, Coordinator, and Director of Special Education.

These experiences have provided me with a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities children face across all stages of development. More importantly, they have allowed me to work closely with families, teachers, therapists, specialists, and support teams to help children reach their fullest potential.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology and Audiology and a Master of Science in Special Education. My professional background spans early childhood through school-age services, with extensive experience in special education, inclusion, behavior support, social-emotional development, social skills development, and family collaboration.

Throughout my career, I have learned that every child is unique and every family deserves individualized support. My passion is helping families understand their child's strengths and challenges, navigate educational systems, develop effective strategies, and build the confidence to advocate for their child.

At Lean On Us Coaching, my mission is to provide practical guidance, compassionate support, and personalized coaching that empowers both children and the adults who support them. Whether you are seeking help with social skills, behavior, academics, parent education, IEPs, or understanding available resources, you do not have to navigate the journey alone.

I believe that meaningful progress happens when families feel supported, informed, and equipped with the tools they need to help their children succeed. My goal is to partner with you every step of the way, providing encouragement, expertise, and solutions tailored to your family's unique needs.
